Beat all these together, divide into thirds.
Cake No. 2
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs (add one at a time)
- 1 cup strawberries and juice
(One 15 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries is enough for cake and frosting)
Mix cake ingredients and bake in two 10-inch layer tins at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Frost.
Strawberry Frosting
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 lb. confectioner sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberries and juice
Beat all together and then frost cake.
