Chocolate Cake
First take a Duncan Hines Chocolate Cake Mix and bake it according to package directions. After baking the cake, split the layers and spread with filling.
Coconut/Marshmallow Filling
- 1 cup milk
- 1-14 oz. package coconut
- 30 marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Cook the milk, sugar and marshmallows until marshmallows melt. Add vanilla and coconut and cook until it boils. Boil one minute and spread on layer.
Chocolate Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar and cocoa until well mixed. Add milk, butter and vanilla and beat until mixture thickens.
