My mother loved the holidays and this Impossible Pumpkin Pie Recipe was one of her favorites to serve during that time of the year. She loved any recipe that was simple to make and didn’t require for her to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I hope you enjoy it as well.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 tbsps. margarine
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pie pan (9 x 1 1/4).
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into your pie pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
