COOKIE TIPS

When you are rolling out cookie dough, sprinkle the board with powdered sugar instead of flour. If you use too much flour, it makes the dough heavy.
If are going to freeze cookies that have frosting, place them in the freezer unwrapped for about two hours. Then you can wrap them without worrying about them sticking together.
