Easy Fudge Recipe

Try this easy fudge recipe. It is not difficult to make and oh so delicious!

Easy Fudge

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
  • 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine the sugar, milk and butter in a large heavy saucepan. Heat and bring to boiling. Stir constantly for about five minutes over medium heat or until the mixture reaches soft ball stage (238 degrees).

Remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares.

This makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
