Would you love to have a chocolate malt. Now think of it as a dessert pie. Well, here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 3 tbsp. instant chocolate flavored malted milk powder
- 3 tbsp. marshmallow topping
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- crushed malted milk balls
The Method:
In a chilled medium bowl, stir ice cream to soften (or soften in refrigerator before beginning pie). Blend in the 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls and the first 1 tbsp. milk. Spread in prepared cooled crust. Freeze while preparing the top layer.
In medium bowl, blend malted milk powder, marshmallow topping and remaining milk. Add whipping cream. Whip until soft peaks form. Spread mixture over layer in crust. Freeze until firm (several hours or overnight). Sprinkle with crushed malted milk balls.
