Try this cherry cream cheese pie. It is quick and easy to make. Great for Valentine’s Day!
Filling
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 package Dream Whip
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner sugar
Whip the dream whip according to the directions on the box. Mix together cheese, sugar and milk. Add to the dream whip. Pour into a baked or pre-made crust. Top with cherries and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Baked Crust
- 1 package (1/2 lb.) graham crackers
- 1/4 lb. melted margarine
Crush the graham cracker. Melt the margarine and mix thoroughly. Pack into a 9x9” round pan. Should you want a thicker pie, use an 8x8” round pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degree F. Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes before adding the filling.
